Notify Aiken Electric Cooperative (AEC) and Aiken County that it is ready for inspection
\n\u2022 Aiken County must inspect and pass solar installation

If requirements are NOT met, AEC will notify the solar company and schedule new inspection
\n\u2022 If requirements are met, the meter department will be scheduled to install a bi-directional meter in place of the existing meter
\n\u2022 There is a 2-week turnaround time for the meter change
\n\u2022 DO NOT LEAVE SOLAR SYSTEM ENERGIZED AFTER TESTING \u2013 the system should only be energized once AEC completes meter change
\n\u2022 Member is notified when bi-directional meter has been installed<\/p>\n\n
