Update your contact information:
- From aikenco-op.org, click on Manage Account
- Click on Sign In on the top right
- Enter your account number or username
- Enter your password
- Click “Make Changes” to update your contact information
Using the mobile app:
- Login to the app
- Select your account
- Click Menu at the bottom
- Click My Account
- Click Account Profile and update your contact information
Leave a message in the chat:
- Start a chat here
- Enter your member information
- Your submission will be recorded and processed even if an member service representative is not available to answer your chat
